<p>All bearing products sold by <strong>SGU Bearings</strong> are considered final sale once the order has been confirmed and shipped. Due to the precision and industrial nature of our products, we <strong>do not accept returns or exchanges</strong> for standard or customized items.</p>
<p>We carefully inspect and package every product before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy. Please verify model numbers, sizes, and specifications before placing an order.</p>

<h2>2. Exceptions</h2>
<p>Returns will only be accepted under the following exceptional circumstances:</p>

 <li>The product received is defective or damaged during shipping.</li>
 <li>The product received does not match the model or specification ordered.</li>

<p>In such cases, customers must contact us within <strong>7 days</strong> of receiving the goods and provide photo evidence and order details.</p>

<h2>3. Return Conditions</h2>
<p>Once your return request is approved, we will issue a <strong>Return Authorization Number (RMA)</strong>. Returned items must be:</p>

 <li>Unused and in original packaging.</li>
 <li>Returned within 14 days of approval.</li>
 <li>In resaleable condition.</li>

<p>Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.</p>

<p>Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. In cases where SGU Bearings is not at fault, a <strong>restocking fee of 10–25%</strong> may apply.</p>
