Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Packaging, labels and accessories must be included
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days

Non-returnable items:
• Custom-labeled bearings
• Special precision grade models
• Items used, damaged or installed

Return shipping:
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Inspection & refund:
All returns are inspected within 5 business days after arrival at our facility.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Wrong / damaged item:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you.
