<h2>1. Sales Tax</h2>
<p>SGU Bearings is a Canada-based business. All orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable <strong>GST, HST, or PST</strong>, which will be automatically calculated at checkout according to the customer’s province.</p>
<p>For international orders, no Canadian tax will be charged. Customers outside Canada are responsible for any <strong>taxes, duties, or import fees</strong> imposed by their local customs authorities.</p>

<h2>2. Import Duties & Customs Fees</h2>
<p>For all international shipments, SGU Bearings ships products on a <strong>DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)</strong> basis. This means the buyer is responsible for paying any <strong>import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees</strong> upon arrival in their country.</p>
<p>If the buyer refuses to pay import duties and the parcel is returned, the <strong>return shipping cost will be deducted</strong> from any refund.</p>

<h2>3. Tax Display</h2>
<p>Product prices on our website are displayed <strong>excluding tax</strong>. Applicable taxes (for Canadian customers) will be added automatically during checkout.</p>

<h2>4. Customs Declaration</h2>
<p>All international orders are declared with accurate product descriptions and values in compliance with international customs regulations. We do <strong>not mark packages as “gift”</strong> or under-declare values.</p>
